Graham's Baby Dedication

Craig and I dedicated Graham to God on May 13. We commited to raise the little guy in a Christian home, and our church family commited to helping us out. Pastor Carl prayed over and blessed us all. Our church has been reading through the Old Testament together this year. We chose May 13 for Dedication Day because part of our reading that week included Deuteronomy 6:5-7:
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

We pray that Graham too will learn to Love the Lord our God with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his strength.
